Within Portal Requests you can create and view projects relating to your Configuration Packages.  The requests you view within this menu are the requests submitted through Subscriber Portal.  Your cairs.net administrator creates configuration packages that include the package type (telephone, cell phone, circuit, etc), package action (add, modify, delete), site information, organization, related charges, etc.

There are two menu options within Portal Requests:  All Active Requests and Request History.  All Active Requests provides a list of the requests submitted via Subscriber Portal.  The list provides the approval status of each request.  Request History provides a list of the closed or cancel requests submitted.
