Custom Report Templates

Custom Report Template Location

  

1.       Click System Admin within the main menu.

2.       Click Custom Report Templates within the Navigation pane.

3.       Newly created and copied templates are located within the Custom Report Template pane.

Creating a New Template

  

1.       After navigating to the Custom Report Template location, do one of the following,

·         Click the drop down arrow next to New within the Menu Tool bar and then from the drop down menu, click Custom Report Template.

·         Click the New button within the Menu Tool bar.

·         From within the Actions pane, click Add New Custom Report Template.

2.       The General Custom Report Template window opens.

The following elements comprise Custom Report Template.

·         Custom Report Template Ribbon Group

·         Template Setup

·         General Information

·         Grid Size

·         Properties -Selected Cells

Naming and Describing the Template

  

1.       Within the General Information pane, click the Report Template Name* field.

2.       Type a template name.

3.       Within the Description field, provide a template description.  Descriptions are available through the work order system so others can read what the report contains.

4.       Within the Actions ribbon group, click the Save button to save the template information.
