Subscriber Portal is a cairs.net web application providing site related communication system management tools. Subscriber Portal is used to look up telephone bills, submit and manage trouble tickets, place and approve orders and search the telephone directory etc. 

Subscriber Portal Requirements

Cairs.net supports Subscriber Portal as a web based application. Cairs.net must be setup and functioning with additional cairs.net prerequisites met before setting up Subscriber Portal. The prerequisites include:

·         You need at least one established TCO Manager Group and at least one established Resource Manager in the cairs.net database.

Note: If your Site does not use Resource Managers, you can proceed without one.

·         You need at least one Site and at least one Organization in the cairs.net database.

·         In the Equipment & Services section of cairs.net, you need at least one Configured Set, and/or at least one Circuit. 

·         You need to have a thorough understanding of the procedures involved in working with Equipment & Services in cairs.net.

·         You need to know how to associate Equipment & Services to a Subscriber.
