you want to disconnect
the top text box, type in any portion of the record to change. As records match
your search parameter they will appear in the Search Results box on the left
hand side of the popup.
select the device to disconnect, check on the box next to the record. The information duplicates to the Selected
record now appears in the Selected Components column. You can select more than more record. When you have the records to change in the
Selected Components column, click on the Next button.
next popup that opens allows you to complete the necessary fields for the
disconnect request. The fields marked
with an asterisk (*) are required, you must enter a value in each of those
each work order type, the Notes field is required. You must enter a comment in this field before
you can Save the work order.

pop-up click on the Save button.
If you have selected more
than 1 device to change, you can click on the next one in the list on the right
hand side of the popup to complete the necessary information.

button before you complete all the device, a message box appears. The message will ask if you want cairs to
automatically complete the rest of the devices with the same information as the
